ob Description

:

All Duties will include but are not limited to the following

Assigning of tasks ,responsibilities of each person in their line
Managing the work flow, planning of the lines production targets
Monitoring the Quality of the Vehicles
report to assigned QC line manager
Monitor safety procedures on the line
Monitoring linestaff and deal with employee problems and leave schedules
Reporting of problems or any problem of staff to HR department
Lead the line by example while Teching, developing, motivating and setting of goals?achivment for their employees
Responsible for making Material requisitions for the lines daily production from the dispatch center
Reporting of information,design failures to the R&D Department
Keeping track of work
done for every day’s production per employee
Coordinating with the paint shop manager when Vehicles will be ready for painting
Monthly Salary: 3500-7000AED

Skills required :

Person with a very strong personality that is able to control and implement various changes across production line including employees
Welding experience
Mechanical assembly experience
Electrical Fault finding experience
 Organization Skills
 time management skills
Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Must be able to delegate
Forward Planning ,strategic planning
 able to solve problems and be able to communicate properly
Must have administration skills
ability to understand and implement technical drawings to assemble Vehicles
Have a technical understanding of Procedures used to Build Armored Vehicles
